Your tasks:

You will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and contract administration.
You will implement and control financial policies, procedures, and control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You will prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements monthly.
You will continuously improve the group's liquidity through proactive and successful cash management.
You will ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
You will collaborate with the controlling team and the executive board to develop financial forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.

Your profile:

You have proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within a professional services firm or technologydriven environment.
You have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
You have outstanding analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
You have proficiency in diverse accounting software systems (esp. DATEV) and advanced Excel skills.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (business fluent, C1-C2).
You have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
