    Job Title: Lead Medical Writing at WebMD

    About the Company: WebMD is a leading online health information platform dedicated to providing trustworthy and up-to-date medical content to the public.

    Your Challenge:

    As a Lead Medical Writer, you will be leading an expert team and playing a crucial role in the successful completion of projects. You will support your team, oversee editorial processes, plan capacities, and represent the interests of the Pharma business at coliquio. You have the flexibility to work nationwide from home, at our offices in Konstanz or Munich, or a hybrid mix.

    What to Expect:

    • Disciplinary leadership of an expert team
    • Monitoring projects and customer accounts, supporting the team in achieving success
    • Responsible for editorial processes and formats
    • Strategic development of the team and capacity planning as a leader
    • Representation of Pharma customers' interests in the Pharma Leadership Team
    • Working on various topics such as product development and implementation as a stakeholder
    • Responsible, along with the Pharma Leadership Team, for the Pharma business of coliquio and its objectives

    What You Bring:

    • Degree in a natural science field, preferably with a medical focus
    • Several years of experience in digital content marketing and online copywriting in a medical environment
    • Proficiency in the pharmaceutical field is advantageous
    • Talented communicator with a proven track record in customer service
    • 3-5 years of experience in technical or disciplinary management
    • Enjoyment of working in agile environments and interdisciplinary teams, leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders
    • Excellent German language skills both written and spoken, as well as good English language skills
