Respond to customer inquiries regarding price and availability and order status.

• Coordinate internally with engineering, production and quality assurance to assist customers.
• Support Sales Team Leader & Market Managers by working closely on major accounts, assist with new products and new sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on existing and new products
• Work effectively with all members of the Europe team
• Develop sales forecasts for assigned customers
