Your tasks:

Collaborate with BI Analysts, BI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects to understand business needs and define requirements for data use cases, reports, and analytics
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate effective communication between the development team and business users
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that data use cases and requirements are properly captured and documented
Lead the planning and execution of data projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
Work closely with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and data models that support the desired analytics and reporting functionalities
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of data products, working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns
Monitor and analyze data usage patterns and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, working with data analytics, reporting, and data platform development
Strong understanding of data engineering, BI, and data analytics concepts, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, data governance, and data quality best practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience with data visualization tools and technologies such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
Good written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German or Mandarin or other European language is a plus
