Out target customers are in the field of automation technology, in the automotive industry and in the field of intra-logistics.

The topics of digitalization and simulations support us in planning for the future and in implementation.

After the delegation (2-3 years) Bad Neustadt an der Saale is home port and also setting place.


A new role - challenging and future-oriented

  • You will lead the QM department, including the measuring room, at the Buzias site, both professionally and disciplinary
  • You will further develop the quality management system and set up supplier quality management including qualitative incoming goods inspection (initial sampling, series inspection and supplier complaints)
  • As a quality manager, you are the contact person for product safety in the factory
  • Your tasks include ensuring and checking relevant quality specifications/requirements (e.g. quality gates, quality tools) in the processes/projects
  • You plan and carry out internal and external audits including customer and certification audits
  • You are also responsible for clarifying customer and internal deviations with regard to production and/or suppliers
  • You issue technical instructions in Q matters and you intervene or escalate in the event of noncompliance with quality specifications and processes
  • You ensure professional nonconformance (NC) management and are responsible for reporting as well as internal and external communication
  • In addition, you will monitor the calibration of measuring equipment/test equipment and determine the test methods (e.g. SPC, test severity, measuring method, measuring equipment, etc.)
  • You ensure that managers and employees live an open quality culture in which role models are encouraged and best practices are shared
  • Last but not least, you initiate or carry out qualityrelated method training, including an evaluation of its effectiveness

Your qualifications - solid and relevant

  • The basis for your success is a successfully completed degree in engineering or a master's degree in a technical discipline, for example mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable one
  • You have knowledge and experience in drive technology, preferably motors, and in the manufacture of their components
  • During your many years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive sector, you have acquired indepth knowledge of project and quality management and basic knowledge of the SCM process
  • You already have several years of experience as a technical and disciplinary manager in a comparable position and bring intercultural empathy and experience in working in a global network
  • You master quality methods of risk analysis and quality planning (including FMEA, APQP, PLP, PPAP, MSA, initial sampling, statistical methods, etc.) as well as problem management (including 8D, Ishikawa, etc.) and are a trained auditor according to ISO 9001, 19011, 17025 and VDA
  • You have technical understanding (drawings, DIN regulations, standards) and experience in recognizing and realizing potential for improvement (quality, costs and logistics)
  • Coaching & team play is in your blood and you always keep an eye on the achievement of goals
  • Experienced handling of SAP/SAP-QM and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Teamcenter
  • You have experience in solutionoriented communication when dealing with international customers/suppliers/partners
  • Very good knowledge of German and English is a matter of course for you, since you work in an international environment and business trips are not a problem for you. Romanian is a plus not a must
