What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that focuses on top volume travel and expense keywords
Work crossfunctional in order to implement strategy, incl. optimizing website content, including onpage, offpage, content development, link building and technical SEO
Optimize website content, including onpage, offpage, content development, link building and technical SEO, to drive organic traffic and leads
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Develop and execute link building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings
Stay uptodate with the latest SEO trends, tactics, and best practices, and implement them into the SEO strategy
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the site

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on driving organic traffic and leads
Strong leadership skills, incl. communication and project management
Very good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with keyword research and analysis, onpage and offpage optimization, technical SEO, and link building
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics/Search Console
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic and leads
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionmaking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally and lead SEO efforts across the organization
