Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure a failurefree and smooth operations center, facility setup and maintenance
  • Support crisis management and emergency response
  • Support the fleet in daily operations, contingency planning and incident management
  • Participate and conduct regular live exercises between ship and shore and also internal tests of Fleet Operations Centre
  • Surveillance of fleet performance such as ship's schedules, passage plans, routings, and revision of common tracks/corridors within routine voyages of all vessels port to port
  • Assist in itinerary process planning, including the usage of the respective software

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science and Maritime or similar.
  • A certificate of compliance account to STCW is mandatory
  • At least three years of professional experience in the area of Maritime sector
  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience including experience ashore in a safety management/ investigation/ compliance/ audit role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, ECDIS, Radar
  • A selfassured demeanor, analytical skills, and the flexibility to work 24hour shifts complete your profile
