We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team in the Senec, Slovakia or Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany as an Suppy Planner

Job Description Role and Responsibilities**- Anticipating and planning inventory levels and supply demand

  • Simulate inventory & supply demand scenarios based on demand plan, parameters, and capacities (internal & external)
  • Counting and tracking of inventory levels across locations
  • Adjust parameters in the ERP system based on demand & production plan
  • Creating inventory reports and present inventory planning results
  • Preparing rolling supplier forecast based on supply plan
  • Aligning with strategic procurement based on market trends for the best time to purchase inventory
  • Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials
  • Bachelor's degree in, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar education.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management (operations, inventory, purchasing.)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools experience
  • Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook )
  • Strong written and communication skills in German/Slovak and English
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Detailed knowledge of inventory management and supplier collaboration
  • Ability to create and present inventory and supply reports
  • Ability to identify and anticipate stock prices based on market trends
