Head Of Development (f/m/x), you drive the software development strategy for the company and empower all areas of the business and our customers.

Leading a team of developers, QA professionals and UX and design colleagues, you develop industry-leading tools, websites and infrastructure to deliver amazing experiences to our colleagues and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and lead teams of engineers, designers and QA specialists
Guide and develop software development for the company
As a member of the leadership team, partner with other company leaders to drive tools decision making inside the company
Work with internal stakeholders to deliver robust and relevant experiences for internal colleagues
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver amazing experiences to customers and drive conversion

Your profile:

You have 5+ years experience leading multidisciplinary development teams
You bring experience coordinating remote development activities
You have a strong grasp of database structures, design and query languages, such as SQL
You are comfortable coding in JavaScript and at least one additional language
You want to make a difference for the energy transition in Europe
Excellent communication skills in the English language
Proficiency in the German language is a nice to have
Desirable: Experience working with teams operating CRMs and ERPs
