Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m)

Talent Acquisition Partners play a key role in our Company's growth by understanding the business needs & challenges and hiring the best matching people to join us in Airbus.

Your location

Located about an hour's drive north of Munich, Manching is an up-and-coming market town that offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Recruit the right people for the right place at the right moment by respecting Airbus processes and policies, Ethics & Compliance Rules (discrimination; diversity...) and Airbus Values
Partner with hiring managers to understand the organization's needs in order to describe with them the profile that will meet business expectations
Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (passive or active sourcing)
Plan and participate in employment marketing events
Act with integrity and with respect to the company's reputation when representing Airbus externally

Desired skills and qualifications

You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Social Sciences/Humanities, Psychology, or similar or a comparable training followed by several years of professional experience
Your labour market knowledge and social media skills are comprehensive
Preferably, you have profound experience in talent acquisition or employment related activities
You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
