Segment Betriebs-Gastronomie in
Vollzeit - 40 Stunden/Woche | In der Regel von 06:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr von Montag bis Freitag.

Your responsibilities include:

Preparing and arranging dishes and buffets during breakfast, inhouse event catering, banquets, or snacks for the exclusive Living Room
Communicating openly and professionally with guests, adhering to apetito's service standards
Ensuring quality assurance and maintaining the flawless processing of regional and sustainable products
Upholding hygiene standards and ensuring kitchen safety
Introducing and guiding new team members in the kitchen, in accordance with Scandic values

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for gastronomy, preferably with experience or specialized knowledge in hotel/catering kitchen areas
Demonstrates a high level of commitment, reliability, and ability to work independently
Possesses a strong sense of quality and attention to detail
Exhibits curiosity, openmindedness, proactivity, and a genuine interest in the field
Is goaloriented with good organizational skills
Has an accommodating and serviceoriented demeanor towards guests
Possesses excellent knowledge of HACCP and relevant legal regulations
