Your Role:

Understand and observe the workflow cranial vascular in relation to the clinical and market environments
You drive our existing cranial vascular business and are responsible for business growth
You define a comprehensive product and solution offering in a concise product roadmap
You will manage product development projects, early innovation projects, and clinical projects to create new product offerings
You manage and maintain the existing product offering in cranial vascular
Establish and maintain a close customer interface in cranial vascular clinical environment
You will ensure tight integration with all areas of SBU and relevant MED or ZEISS entities
In doing so, you will have leadership and mentorship of a team

Your Profile:

University degree in natural sciences, medicine or engineering with additional business administration qualification (MBA) preferred
At least 8 years of professional experience in the medical industry or in a clinical environment including disciplinary management
Specific clinical or medical knowledge in neurosurgery and vascular interventions is a strong plus
Commercial knowledge in respective medical market
Fluent English language skills, intercultural negotiation skills
Wellfounded project and product management skills
A high degree of social skills and customer orientation
