As an Operations Agent, you are definitely an expert in the Rooms area at FO - but you also want to gain a foothold in the F&B area as a host, as well as the hotel with your administrative support

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an all-rounder, you will be employed in the following areas:

Check in/check out, as well as all relevant responsibilities at the reception
Host in our restaurant Adam&Eden (support of the team, especially for larger events)
An exciting job, for those who don't like the everyday routine.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING...

You are a passionate host with an eye for detail
You have an education in the hotel industry, as well as experience in the rooms sector
You are open to other areas in the hotel and want to develop further
You are creative, innovative and serviceoriented
You are a character head
You are a strong communicator in German and English
You have the right feeling for your counterpart, even in difficult situations
You like to work independently
You have a strong "hands on" mentality and lend a hand across teams in bottleneck situations
