Are you interested in human resources and would like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company while you are still studying? Then support us as soon as possible During your assignment, you will become part of our Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility department.

You will get to know all the processes involved in international assignments and other exciting topics. At the same time, you can get a taste of practical experience, make contacts and explore possible career paths.

Your Challenge in Detail

You will prepare various contractual documents (secondment agreements, renewal letters and termination letters)
In addition, you will calculate secondment packages (determination of net salaries, hypotax, secondment allowances)
Reporting as well as taking over administrative tasks are also part of your duties
You will also actively support our team on project issues
Of course, you also create analyses and evaluations of compensation data and compensation trends
Even more: You create relevant documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OneNote
Last, but not least: You actively support the archiving of documents and data maintenance

Your Competence is in Demand

Current fulltime studies in business administration, economics or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
Economic understanding and affinity for numbers
Intercultural competence
Quick comprehension and high demand for quality
Very good MS Office skills
Very good written and spoken English, German language skills is an advantage
