YOUR TASKS

In the role as a Project Leader Global Facility Management, you are part of the Hella Corporate Real Estate Team, leading global project initiatives in the Center of Competence Facility Management.

Support the development, communicate and drive state of the art Facility Management Strategy (Hard

- and Softservices) for worldwide location portfolio

Manage regional Facility Management projects:
Coordinate data collection from all locations
Prepare tenders together with procurement teams and external consultants, support analysis of offers and evaluation of future providers
Continuous project monitoring and steering of Steerco/consultants/team members/etc. meetings
Coordinate the design of standard service specifications, service level agreements, data requests and FM contract
Develop key performance indicators and perform benchmarks and
Driving continuous improvement and best practice exchange for Facility Management topics into the regional FM organisations
Steer global sustainability programs to create sustainable Facility Management operations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering or comparable
Several years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Management and/or Facility Management
Extended experience in project management in international, complex Corporates
Experience in Hard & Soft Services management, ideally in technically sophisticated production surroundings
Experience with FM contract management, data & KPI management
Conceptual and strategic thinking, independently working and good analytical skills
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, German of advantage
