Your role

  • Goal of the project is to identify the role of ERphagy receptors and and cell and tissue protective signaling in mouse models of NASH-ACLF.
  • You will take over the transgenic mouse breeding and will plan and perform the experiments, supported by experienced colleagues.
  • Major techniques applied will be transgenic mice, proteomics, RNAseq, FACS, histopathology and fluorescent microscopy.
Who you are

  • We are looking for highly motivated and committed applicants with a degree in natural sciences (preferably biology, biochemistry or pharmacy)
  • You have a special interest in molecular mechanisms, pathophysiology, medicine and biochemistry.
