Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact person for all employees to support on HR topics (focus: Germany and Austria) Contact person for third parties (social security, professional agencies, insurances, etc.) Preparation of the monthly payroll and year end activities Close cooperation and support of the Global HR team on On
and off
boarding Immigration assistance Compensation & benefits Performance management Support international colleagues during their stay in Europe HR administration (personnel file, documentation, certificates, etc.) Continues review of local standards and improvement of HR processes Support & review of health & safety programsQualifications:

Finished vocational degree and certified further qualification (Personalfachkaufmann/frau) or similar education (finished studies with focus on Human Resources)

Several years of experience in a similar role Very good knowledge on social security systems and employment regulation in Germany and Austria Fluent German and English language skills, any other European languages are an advantage Handson attitude to support on various HR activities Reliable and independent working style#LI-Onsite
