To strengthen our Frankfurt team as soon as possible, we offer you an exciting and versatile position as Commercial Assistant / Clerical Assistant (M/F/d), full-time/40 h per week.

Your tasks

Commercial management support in the daily business
General personnel management (preparation of employment contracts and any contract amendments)
Onboarding process
Maternity and parental leave
Checking/filing/adjusting personnelrelated data in uStrich
Policy updates (e.g. data protection)
Insurances (processing of notification forms for company insurance)
Contacting insurance companies in case of corresponding problems and, if possible, clarifying them independently
Direct insurance
Company pension plan
Health management
Coordination of company physician and occupational safety specialist
Organisation and coordination of health day
Reporting workrelated accidents to the employers' liability insurance association
Operational integration management (German BEM)
Preparation of payroll accounting
Preparation of reports, including input for (personnel) controlling

Profile:

Degree in business studies or completed apprenticeship in the commercial area
Ideally several years of professional experience in the commercial field
Independent and structured way of working
Flexibility, reliability and excellent team and communication skills
Knowledge in the field of labour law and insurance is a plus
Confident handling of MS Office programs
Good knowledge of German and English (oral and written skills)
