To catapult our paid social channels to the next level, we need your help

Tasks


As our Paid Social Specialist, you make sure to:

  • grow our meta accounts (DACH, BENELUX, IT, FR, ES) with a seven-figure yearly spend bringing high-quality traffic to our website with a clear goal of generating new sales-qualified leads and revenue growth.
- globally roll out LinkedIn as an additional channel. We've already validated it and need an experienced marketer to develop a global strategy and execute it in our markets.
- create (yourself or w.h.o. freelancers) content tailored to the goals of your campaigns and collaborate with freelancers and team members to develop strategies and test creative assets and landing pages for our target audience.
- create dashboards and continuously monitor and optimize your campaigns towards improving return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of creating content and scaling customer acquisition through Meta and LinkedIn.
  • You managed multiple ad accounts at once and know how to deal with the challenges of localizing and tailoring an account to a country's specific needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools (GA4, Looker, etc).
  • You have a handson mentality, love taking ownership of your channels and never stop challenging the status quo to improve performance.
  • You're a team player with strong communication skills, love sparring with your team members as well as generating learnings across teams.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • German skills are a plus
