You have successfully completed your master's degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment.

During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Sales STILL team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS).

From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

Tasks and Qualifications:


Tasks

  • As part of the Sales team for STILL, you will gain an extensive overview of all
    sales related topics and
    projects and will closely collaborate with all relevant teams
  • You will
    analyze the
    effectiveness of our existing
    key account structure by using suitable methods, e.g., portfolio analysis
  • You will work on
    order processing and
    monitoring as well as
    reporting and
    analysis of
    relevant KPIs*
  • You will work with the team on
    organization ,
    standardization , and
    optimization of
    sales processes*
  • You will
    identify and
    evaluate ways to
    improve our development of national and international key account clients
  • You will
    support and
    coordinate our team of
    key account managers

Requirements:


  • You have a
    master's degree in
    Business Administration with a
    focus on Sales & Marketing, and you want to put your knowledge into practice
  • You are a
    team player with
    strong communication and
    presentation skills both in
    English and
    German
  • You also have
    strong analytical and
    IT skills you will be using
    MS Office every day, in particular
    Excel and
    PowerPoint
  • You convince with your
    service orientation and
    customer centricity
  • You demonstrate a high level of
    engagement , e.g., by proactively developing intelligent, agile, and pragmatic solutions
