Position Summary:

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract position

Rotork are hiring a Contracts Coordinator in Langenzenn to support our sales department in the preparation of order processing paperwork, customs paperwork and other areas.

This position requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of customs procedures.

The Opportunity:

Responsibility for the EndtoEnd order processing (including preparation of order confirmation, delivery note, invoice and customer correspondence) both nationally and internationally
Preparation of export documents
Handling of business transactions with customs, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and freight forwarders
Recording and maintenance of master and order data in the ERP system
Preparation and management of statistical evaluations for offers
Order intake and sales
Scheduling & Tracking
Processing of departmental and affiliated administrative tasks
Management of the switchboard and the visitor reception
Ad-Hoc Project work

Experience Requirements:

Commercial or technical training (or equivalent qualification)
Technical understanding and interest in technical products
Professional experience in order processing
Good knowledge of customs processes
Salesoriented, ability to work independently
Communicative and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools as well as salessupporting software
Business Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English
