Responsibilities:

Active support of the segment managers in the operational environment
Processing customer inquiries using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Close cooperation and coordination with sales and the specialist departments on site
Collaboration in feasibility assessments
Creation of analyses & statistics (SAP) and preparation of presentations
Product maintenance from the offer phase to series production

Qualifications:

Commercial training with technical understanding
Practical knowledge and experience in salesrelated activities
Experience in an industrial production environment
High degree of customer orientation
Good IT skills (SAP/ MS-Office/ CRM)
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Independent, autonomous and structured way of working
Reliability, ability to work in a team, communicative
