Since 1996, we have been working at our location in Reutlingen with approx. 75 employees in the areas of software and hardware development, production, sales and administration to satisfy our customers worldwide.

As a subsidiary of the American company Harvard Bioscience, Inc., we rely on our innovative products and the competence of our employees in our niche market.

To strengthen our sales team at the Reutlingen location we are looking for the next possible entry date for a:

Team leader, Inside Sales Representative CMT

are your tasks:


  • As Sales Representative for 5 brands of Harvard Bioscience you ensure crossselling of our products
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of competence in understanding and sharing the CMT product and service portfolio
  • Preparation and followup of quotations
  • Completion of tender documents
  • Planning appointments for field staff
  • Maintenance of the CRM database
  • You are also responsible for the organization of trade shows in the EIMEA region as well as for contacting trade show leads afterwards or web screen them
  • Maintain the market & competitive awareness and develop ideas for new opportunities
  • Development and implementation of strategies and tactical plans
  • Special projects as agreed with sales management
  • Developing P&L budgets and plans and achieving planned results
  • Ensuring continuous and strong leadership within the team
  • Develop annual budgets and activity plans, implement, and follow up

  • Qualification and/or first professional experience in a business and/or sales related field is an advantage
  • Good to very good English and German language skills
  • Team player with good organizational skills and precise working style
  • Good communication skills and sales talent
  • Sales minded and drive for success
  • Flexible and open for new opportunities
  • Shouldn't be a scientific/economical bachelors/master degree required
  • Also experience in leading a team?
