What the job is about:

You independently create a wide variety of media assets based on the 11TS Guideline and prepare the content for different channels and target groups. The focus here is on videos and images as shortform content (reels, TikToks, shorts, GIFs, etc.), animations and graphics.
In your role, you interface with the social comms team, GTM team, and brand campaigning team.
You create your own specific social media posts for the respective platforms, both in daily business during productions on the field or in your own home studio.
You optimize and refine existing content assets, e.g. create animations, thumbnails, GIFs or overlays and develop concepts for our content productions together with the campaign team. In doing so, you will be responsible for taking the brand guidelines into account.
Conception and strategic development of a consistent visual language.
Creative planning and implementation of video shoots with leading brands and worldclass athletes
Evaluation of assets for distribution on all 11teamsports channels.
Close coordination with brand marketing areas of design and comms.
Working closely with the Retail and Performance Marketing Dept.

What we need:

Completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of videography, photography and content creation
13 years of professional experience in the field of marketing, media or content creation
High interest in digital media, its trends and development
Driver's license
Creative, structured as well as solutionoriented way of working in a team with a high degree of detail work
Desire and passion for sports, ideally soccer.
English speaking and writing important. Another language like French would be a plus but not a must.
Available to work on weekends
