THE OPPORTUNITY


Following our exceptional product growth, the Recruiting team has an exciting opportunity to help NavVis reach its ambitious goals in our scaleup journey.

And that's why we need you As Interim Recruiting Team Lead (maternity leave coverage for 15 months), reporting directly to our Global Head of People & Culture, you will take full end-to-end ownership for the NavVis' recruiting function.

You will have a direct impact on how we are doing recruiting and how we are approaching and executing all topics around talent relation.

With your passion for leading a team, enhancing knowledge and best-practice sharing, you'll coach and support your team members. The team currently consists of 7 highly-motivated full-cycle Recruiting Managers and savy Students thriving for recruiting excellence. Our team is international, made up of highly diverse backgrounds, experience and personalities. We love working & laughing together, challenge each other and bring our team and processes forward Come and join us

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You provide guidance and mentorship on your teams daytoday operational recruiting challenges
  • Together with our Employer Branding Specialist you create new ideas for our employer branding initiatives from conception to execution to continuing building a strong brand
  • You own the communication towards our senior management team on hiring progress & status
  • In close collaboration with our HR Analytics colleague you stay on top of the people cost plan versus actuals & our recruiting expenses
  • You derive smart actions out of Recruiting data and help us to further build out the tools to track and visualize our Recruiting performance
  • You stay on top of latest recruiting trends and tools on the market and make sure your team is up to date

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • First experience leading a recruiting team (functionally or disciplinary)
  • Experience with recruiting in a fastpaced environment
  • A datadriven mindset with new, creative approaches, and experience in optimizing established processes on a daily basis
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders and prioritize your team's focus in alignment with our business goals
  • Recruitingrelevant Know how about German employment practices and ideally experience with international employment
  • A mindset that views recruiting as a business function, not an ordertaker
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally a good understanding of German
