Your Challenges:
- Present and sell VKS to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and develop the appropriate solution
- Define and document implementation requirements
- Customize the settings and structures of the software to meet the requirements
- Create and demonstrate highquality use cases that showcase the full functionality of VKS
- Manage customer accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle (product presentation, implementation, project management, customer training, consulting)
- Support customers at all stages of implementation
- Work with the entire sales team on challenging projects
- Conduct trainings online and onsite at our customers' locations
- Coordinate integration with other software providers
- Independently develop training materials for new features and applications
- Capture customer feedback and support the product development process
- Participate in trade shows and other events
You Have:
- Successfully completed technical training with further education as a technician/specialist or equivalent
- 35 years of experience working directly
