Location: Regensburg, DE, 93055As Global HR Business Partner (M/F/d) you are member of the HR Team of our Division Powertrain Solutions as well as member of the Management Team of a Business Unit.

You will act independently within your support group, participate in international projects and supervise various strategic HR departments within the division.

Your new responsibilities:

Supporting and advising senior executives worldwide on all operational and strategic HR issues, especially in times of significant change
Independent derivation and implementation of relevant strategic HR topics from the corresponding business strategy, taking into account the global HR strategy or Direction 2030
Monitoring and analysis of HR KPIs within the support area
Interface to all Centers of Expertise in employee life cycle, such as: Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Organizational Development, Employer Branding & Recruiting
Participation in and management of global HR projects, e.g. on engagement or DE&I

Your qualification:

Completed studies, e.g. in the field of economics or law, psychology, social sciences, preferably with a focus on human resources
Additional qualification in the field of coaching and/or systemic consulting desirable
Many years of professional experience in the HR environment of an industrial company or similar, preferably with experience in a central function in the area of talent management & organizational development, management experience desired
Experience in strategic HR projects
Excellent knowledge of labour and works constitution law
Excellent consulting and facilitation skills as well as knowledge of change management
Business fluent German and English skills
