Bragi changed the audio world in 2015 with the launch of The Dash, the world's first truly wireless headphone (yes, a whole 12 months before the Airpods...).


Back then we changed the fundamental way people interacted with headphones, now we are changing the way people get value from their headphones.

To do this we are developing a suite of software products. We can't give you all the details here but would love to talk to you more about it.

This is a remote role, but you are welcome to join us in the Munich office


Business Controller (M/F/d)
The Business Controller is an integral member of our Finance team.

You will directly support the CFO in analysing and providing reports for the Management team and the Board of Directors.

Working cross functionally with all teams in the organisation, your anaylsis will be e a critical part of the internal decision making process at the highest level.

Conversely a hand-on approach to the position is essential.

From your observations on the business model to presenting your reports to the C-Suite and investors, this position is for a truly motivated professional.


What you will be working on

  • Own the financial forecast and support the business planning
  • Analysis on Revenues, Cost, Investment, Cash Flow for Management and for functional units
  • Enhance timelines, accuracy, relevance, flexibility, efficiency and transparency to help decisionmaking
  • Defining and delivering a full set of KPI's, further enhancement and development of our reporting tools
  • Primary focus on the functional areas of B2B software development and sales; as we grow you will add responsibility for the B2C SaaS business
  • Establishing Cost tracking for projects and recurring cost

What you will need

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in all/most areas of Controlling coming from the software and SaaS sectors
  • Expertise in Project and Company Forecasting, Strategic Business Planning, Cost and/or Sales Controlling. Previous crossfunctional or Project Management role a plus
  • First class knowledge in business modelling, scenario analysis using Excel and other software tools of your choice
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills also between functions on all levels
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and attitude, outstanding analytical skills
  • Good knowledge in other areas (e.g. Finance & Accounting, M&A, Business Development) a strong plus
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
