In the area of Quality Control Testing of Biopharmaceuticals (bioassays, methods for purity and identity, physico-chemical and microbiological methods) at the site in Planneg/Munich we are looking for a new
Team lead (M/F/d)

Your tasks:

Responsibility for the organization and management of the department
Ensuring efficient, economical, quality and timely analytics
Ensuring that work is carried out under scientific and regulatory aspects (GMP)
Optimizing the use of personnel, material and energy resources and managing CIP projects
Coordination of work packages between client and laboratory
Creation and conception of analytical procedures
Creation of personnel planning and ensuring continuous employee and qualification development

Qualifications

Completed university or technical college degree
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a GMP environment
Initial management experience is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and communication and assertiveness skills
Strong quality awareness
Good knowledge of English and German
