The site of Ebern in Germany is focused on the Powertain system. Our department is looking for a
VIE PMO for 24 months.

Your challenges?- You will take over some PM specific tasks related to Scheduling and set-up related work products- You could take lead on customer communication for project planning issues- You will train, coach and support PMs and PTMs to establish mature PM practices- You will support operational teams and ensure follow-up and resolution of identified improvement on schedules- You will support operational teams to set up scheduling routine review within current Project reviews- You will check and validate Project Team Members' activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones- You must be able to support link with resources management functionalities- You must comply and deploy action plan to meet PMO community objectives in phase with Group strategy ensuring reporting & target achievementLet's talk about you- You are graduated from a master degree- You already have experience in this field- You have development Standards knowledge (V cycle)- You have a fluent level of English- You have personal skills to coach and manage peers- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
