Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Information & Technology department as a Management Assistance in the IT-Service Area at Digital Trans4ormation s.r.o. In this role, you will provide essential support to our IT team and assist in the smooth operation of our IT services.

• Management support
• Supporting the management/team in responsibly assigned subject areas in the form of problem identification, problem analysis and the development of solution proposals (level-appropriate) with a focus on independent development.
• Office organization
• Tracking current processes. Ordering and managing office supplies. Organizing and managing filing (if necessary, maintaining data in the IT system).
• Travel organization Reserving and ordering travel tickets, rental cars, hotels, etc.; controlling and accounting of business trips.

Qualification requirements:
1. German: Level C1 and English Level B1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR
2. Business studies or comparable commercial training / bachelor's degree in an IT course or recognized vocational training in an IT profession, alternatively several years of professional experience in an IT environment (at least 5 years)

Experience requirements:
1. Professional experience in the IT environment or business management tasks (at least 5 years)
2. Project assistance to the project management of large projects with a duration of more than one year and at least 20 project employees or assistance to the department management with a duration of more than one year and at least 2 sub-departments (at least 5 years)
