YOUR ROLE

• You will act as a
  player
  coach leading a team of 3 overachieving Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), spending 50% of your time on sales management and operations, and 50% on your individual contributor targets.
• You will coach the SDR's in
  weekly 1on1s, by setting monthly goals, and working on Performance Management to help them continue to overachieve their quota.
• You will build
  worldclass sales processes, implement new sales playbooks, and identify areas for channel optimization.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have taken time to
  mentor and coach junior members of your team to help them grow. Or have directly managed an SDR team
  .
• You
  obsess about sales following the top LinkedIn sales influencers, reading books, and listening to sales podcasts.
• You are
  curious and openminded, having gained experience internationally or in your own entrepreneurial endeavors.
• You have Prior experience
  overachieving target as an outbound SDR, in a fastpaced environment, ideally in DACH.
• You have the ability to
  break down sales tactics into repeatable processes and systems.
• You are
  Inquisitive and committed to continuous learning, able to address new challenges through critical thinking and a practical approach, while considering various options.
• You have Fluency in both
  German and English, with the ability to structure thoughts compellingly in written form.
