Revolutioniere mit uns den Digital Health Markt im Bereich Psychotherapie Wir entwickeln eine innovative VirtualReality-Software. Mit der Software können verschiedene psychische und später auch neurologische Störungen behandelt werden. Das Produkt wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit namhaften Kliniken erstellt und wissenschaftlich validiert.

Das Team ist interdisziplinär aufgestellt, wurde vom BMWi ausgezeichnet und erfährt starke Unterstützung aus der Gründerszene und von wissenschaftlichen Institutionen.

Aufgaben

Manage daytoday operations
High quality financial reporting, accounting, and controlling to analyse business development and to give advice
Coordinate and grow projects to develop strategies

Qualifikation

You have experiences in roles such as financial officer, operations manager, COO, or CFO (preferably startup or scaleup)
You provide a relevant and proven background in Finance and Operations
You have indepth knowledge in fundraising and the ability to successfully build and develop investor relations
You are passionate about key business processes of functions like Project Management or Human Recourses

- (Ideally) You gained insight into (mental) healthcare
- (Ideally) You have knowledge in business expansion into new markets and a solid understanding of legal matters (e.g. corporate law, financial law)

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate and support dynamic teams
You have a strong handson and entrepreneurial business mindset
