Responsibility and management of the entire recruiting process (strategical and administrative) on a global level- Advising applicants and managers on all recruitingrelated issues
- Support of Employer Branding activities
- Target groupspecific recruiting, agreeing on the content of advertisements, recommending recruiting channels and trying out new ways
- Identification of problems along the process and proposal of solutions
- Overview about recruiting status
- Analyzation of activities by KPI and taking actions
- Study or apprenticeship in economics, psychologic or comparable qualification
- First Experiences with recruiting and / or other HR activities
- Very good language skills in German and English both written and spoken (additional languages desirable)
- Experience in international work environment
- Serviceoriented
- Target grouporiented communication skills
- Good MS-Office skills
- Independent, goaloriented work
