Your role:

• Go-To person for all legal topics, advisor with a commercial mindset and working directly with the CFO/CEO
• Own endtoend responsibility for legal and compliance matters (e.g. GDPR
• Select and manage all external legal partners and consultants (HR, DPO, Trademark, Litigation, Notary)
• Support contract negotiations, mainly commercial contracts, service agreements, NDA and DPA
• Organize and maintain the legal filesystem (both digital and physical), being auditready
• Identify and analyze emerging legal issues and risks, effectively communicate them and organize mitigation activities

Your background:

• Professional education as a Volljurist, Diplomjurist or Wirtschaftsjurist (or comparable international qualifications)
• High proficiency in English and German able to negotiate contracts in both languages
• At least 3years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to work at the interface between technology, marketing, consumers and law
• Strong communication skills to explain legal context and options to stakeholders
• Profound experience with consumer law and data protection is helpful
