You will make an impact in the following way:

You support and coach the organization, product development teams and product owners based on agile principles
Act as a servant leader to the development teams
Organize, moderate and conduct Scrum events and workshops
Continuously improve processes and organization based on lean principles
Responsible for the implementation of agile product development processes and ensure compliance at international development locations and with external partners

What you will bring:

Studies
Completed studies with a focus on computer science, business informatics or a comparable study

Professional experience

In project management of embedded software

Agile Mindset

Several years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach position

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills and assertiveness, ideally, you are you a trained mediator or NLPcertified

Languages

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
