You will make an impact in the following way:

  • You support and coach the organization, product development teams and product owners based on agile principles
  • Act as a servant leader to the development teams
  • Organize, moderate and conduct Scrum events and workshops
  • Continuously improve processes and organization based on lean principles
  • Responsible for the implementation of agile product development processes and ensure compliance at international development locations and with external partners

What you will bring:


  • Studies
  • Completed studies with a focus on computer science, business informatics or a comparable study


  • Professional experience

  • In project management of embedded software


  • Agile Mindset

  • Several years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach position


  • Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness, ideally, you are you a trained mediator or NLPcertified


  • Languages

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
