the Test department at Rocket Factory Augsburg AG in Augsburg is looking for a

Intern/working student (M/F/d) Test Engineering

Your Tasks

  • Assembly and modification of various test rigs involving electrical, mechanical, fluidic and gas systems
  • Perform electrical design tasks
  • Perform mechanical design tasks
  • Perform light fabrication and machining using common hand and power tools when required
  • Prepare test data and generate test documentation
Your Qualificatons

  • A current or commencing engineering student in electronics, mechatronics, engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Practical, hands on experience with electrical or mechanical projects
  • Experience in data acquisition, instrumentation and control in an industrial and/or test system context
  • Experience with gas or fluidic systems would be beneficial
  • Experience with cryogenic systems would be beneficial
  • Experience with common test and troubleshooting equipment, e.g. multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Fluent oral and written English skills (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
