Description and tasks:


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator (f/m/x) who will take full ownership of our support requests and proactively streamline the entire process to drive operational excellence.

This position is located at Germany, Bergkamen or Poland, Bielsko-Biala.


What is the role about?
As a member of the Bulten Team, you will assist Bulten to meet or exceed Budget targets.

Your guiding light is doing what's right for the customer, you will meet customers exactly where they are at and provide them the best solutions.

You'll be tenacious and creative in your pursuit of it.

Together with our teams around the world you will bring Bulten to a new level.

Request handling

  • Review of incoming inquiries for completeness, clarity, costeffectiveness and fundamental interest within the possibilities available to Bulten
  • Identify potential internal production sites or external subcontractors based on applicable production or purchasing strategies
Quotation processing

  • Evaluation of the offers
  • Preparation of the customer quotation taking into account commercial and technical components
Customer orders

  • Place PPAP orders in the respective production unit/subcontractor and request the order confirmation
  • Monitor delivery dates with the supplier
  • Organize and execute shipment of sample parts
  • Coordinate handover to series logistics
  • Cooperate with Engineering, Quality and Customer Service team for introduction new parts
Observation and analysis of customer development

  • Analysis of the cost/margin situation of existing series parts, analysis of possible options for internal or external relocation
Support Key Account Management and Engineering

  • Maintenance, structuring and provision of salesrelevant data
  • Creation, review and processing of evaluations and statistics
  • Preparation of forecast and budget for new/ and discontinued parts in cooperation with Key Account Management
  • Relevant college education or equivalent knowledge in commercial
  • 3 years working experience in commercial
  • Large interest for business flows
  • Good ability to cooperate and plan
  • Excellent skills in expressing oneself orally and in writing in the language of the country of employment and in English
  • A good team player who is open for change
  • Effective communication and good communication skills
  • Solutions oriented; Handling challenges in good way, focusing at the solution not on the problem
  • Service Oriented
