Your Tasks
- Act as the link between Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain Management and coordinate the industrialization of our RFA One production
- Work closely with highly skilled technicians and engineers to develop the best workflow practices
- Your expertise will be instrumental in creating efficient and standardized processes, supporting our planned production scale up
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
- You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, reducing lead times and implementing lean methodologies to optimize the production and material flow
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proven experience in process planning and optimization within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Good business acumen and can understand the big picture
- You are proactive, result oriented and can work independently
- You convince with your distinctive communication and team skills
- Fluent oral and written English and German skills (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
