Discover your exciting tasks at FormFactor FRT Metrology:

  • Creation of machine, repair and service quotations in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Order entry and processing for all types of orders
  • Supporting the sales department regarding customer inquiries, quotation configurations and order evaluation and processing
  • Assist in the coordination of shipping dates and communication of any shipping delays
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
  • First point of contact for the assigned region (focus: China) and other internal departments (Sales, Production, Application and Product Management).
  • Support of our internal backoffice Sales & Services
  • Maintenance of customer and article master data as well as general data maintenance in the CRM system

What you bring with you:


  • Successful commercial degree with good technical understanding desirable.
  • 24 years of experience in a similar field of activity desirable
  • Detailoriented work and accuracy and conscientiousness in the execution of work
  • Good communication skills in German & English both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of CRM Salesforce desirable
  • Fun in internal coordination and communication between different departments
