About the role and team


The global _Head of Center of Expertise_ will report to the global Head of People & Organization (P&O) at Innomotics and be a key member of the P&O Leadership Team.

The role will closely collaborate with the global Head of P&O, steer the global _Talent & Leadership Development_ and _Compensation & Benefits_ team and proactively drive forward and communicate to senior stakeholders our P&O transformation in all its layers (e.g. strategic and administrative change processes, new Talent & Leadership Development and Compensation & Benefits frameworks).


Your future responsibilities

  • You define the longterm P&O and CoE strategy while working hand in hand with the global Head of P&O and be his deputy.
  • You implement the P&O and CoE strategy in line with our P&O operating model together with your partners in the P&O team and business.
  • You are the driver to a customercentric culture in the CoE organization with highly collaborative relationships, especially towards our regional and local P&O organizations.
  • You assume responsibility of global P&O change and transformation projects and therewith set high standards for the entire Innomotics organization.
  • You lead the global _Talent & Leadership Development_ and _Compensation & Benefits _team under the roof of the global CoE, including budget responsibility.
  • You communicate and provide CoE perspective, insights and knowledge to senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • The global governance for CoE landscape, driving innovations and process improvements lies in your hands.
  • Additionally, you stay uptodate with P&O and CoE best practices and take the team's efforts to the next level.

Your profile

  • You own a university degree in business administration and have longterm experience in Human Resources Management as well as Change Management plus at least midterm experience in leading a (global) people function, ideally as Head of a CoE.
  • You have proven experience in operating at C-Suite level and in creating impactfocused relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • With your indepth change management and project management skills, you are capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects to tight timelines and in a global context of transformation.
  • You bring very good knowledge and holistic view of Talent & Leadership Development and Compensation & Benefits plus an excellent overview of current P&O trends.
  • Personally, you have strong executive presence, stakeholder management and cooperation skills and own a growth mindset, intercultural competence and innovative thinking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and persuasion skills (inperson as well as remote) in English with German as a plus round your profile.
