Lost and found again? Every year more than 250,000 baggage items are lost during travel.

With numerous destinations throughout Europe some thousand travellers reach their destination every day while traveling with the airplanes of our client.

In this customer service role you will be responsible for taking reports and providing information about lost baggage.

Responsibilities as a customer service representrative (M/F/d):

  • People contact you with regards to lost items
  • You take all the relevant information or provide information on the latest serch results
  • You actively browse the relevant search engines and comunicate with other lost & found facilities
  • Once an item has been found you arrange delivery details with the owner
  • You administrate compensation payments for damages or losses

Do you bring what it takes:

  • Strong background in digital literacy
  • High sense of professional accountability
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • You like the phone and it likes you
