Are you looking for your next Product venture? I'm looking for a Director of Product to be part of a global team spanning over 80 countries that are simultaneously building a next-generation B2B SaaS payroll platform that seamlessly connects companies with great talent across the globe.

You'll be owning the whole product strategy and architecture and be fully accountable for the success of a key product division within the company.

You will lead multidisciplinary cross-functional product teams to execute the strategic vision and build leading solutions to solve complex problems and ultimately redefine how people work around the globe.

Key skills you will need:

Past experience as Director of Product in Post Series C companies, ideally in a hypergrowth startup/ scaleup B2B SaaS environment
Ability to lead internal and external crossfunctional teams, ultimately guiding and mentoring Product Managers
Experience working within the fintech space across a vertical of Payments integration and financial services would be highly beneficial
A Hybrid Product leader who has led teams in scaledup companies but is still prepared to be handson to influence and get involved with the team.
