YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of 6 CAPEX Contracting Management professionals allocated to multiple investment projects around the globe
Being a member of the global project procurement management team
Be responsible for the development and execution of Contract & Claim Management strategy across all Bayer investment projects (all regions, all divisions)
Lead the execution of EPC / EPCm engineering contracts for all investment projects
Develop and establish strategic partnerships with external providers to run CAPEX project demand
Establish and implement harmonized processes and methodologies

WHO YOU ARE

MBA or equivalent degree in engineering or business management
Proven experience in major investment projects
Strong leadership and managerial skills at the general management level
Role model in constructive working styles with high level of learning agility
Strong communication, presentation, influencing and problem solving skills
Intercultural competence and experience
