Job Description:

Turner & Townsend is looking for experienced Project Directors to lead major projects and programmes within the Europe region. We have a number of exciting projects across a variety of locations.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing large scale complex projects and programmes, leading the project team and stakeholder relationships.
Providing strategic plans for key client and programmes.
Providing key technical and commercial advice to clients across major projects;
Ensuring the project stays on time and within budget
Embracing and working in a digital project management environment
Full compliance with all policies, legislation, regulations and procedures
Reporting regularly to key stakeholders including internal teams, appointed technical partners and the client
Acting as a role model that drives a One Business culture.
Managing key client accounts and winning new business through organic growth and referral opportunities
Have a detailed understanding of the market and act as a brand ambassador, creating a pipeline of opportunity.

Qualifications:

Degree in relevant discipline such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Experience leading major projects and programmes (in excess of 200m Eur), from tender to completion.
Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement skills and experience.
Ability to influence, advise and recommend a course of action to management and executives within client or partner organisations.
Results oriented with high work ethic, stringent quality standards and a commitment to action.
Strong knowledge and experience in building assets. Experience with industrial & manufacturing, data centre, power generation or any other major construction projects is essential.
Experience working in a digital project management environment.
Experience with various contract types and procurement paths.
Excellent health & safety record.
Fluency in English language is essential. Ability to work in other European languages would be highly advantageous.
Ability to be mobilised across Europe, either for the duration of a project or on a FIFO basis.
