Your role and your team:


Reporting to the Head of Program/Product Quality in the division of Corporate Quality & Aviation Safety, you will support him and the entire team in diverse corporate-level business excellence projects in the company.

These projects serve to link, align, operationalise, and continuously improve processes, methods, and tools across the company business functions such as Engineering, Production, Procurement, Commercial, Finance.


Your Day to Day:


  • Learn about the way how an innovative aerospace company operates and is organised.
  • Learn about the challenges of building up an aerospace company.
  • Experience firsthand in improving business processes, methods, and tools.
  • Experience working in a truly multicultural working environment with more than 80 nationalities.

Your Profile:


  • University matriculated students (master's or bachelor's degree) in engineering, business management, natural sciences, humanities, or mass communication.
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement processes, methods, tools (e.g. Lean, Design and Systems thinking).
  • Have a proactive, pragmatic, and analytical mindset, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Student consulting experience advantageous.
  • Good programming skill (e.g., VBA) advantageous.
  • Fluent English.
  • Fluent German would be advantageous.
