enthusiastic new team-member to join our Recruitment team based in one of our offices in Wavre (Belgium), Darmstadt (Germany) or Leiden (Netherlands).

As a
Junior International Recruiter, you will support the Recruitment team with overall strategy and business delivery to our international clients like the European Commission, the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Agency for Space Programmes (EUSPA), Eurocontrol, NATO, Fusion4Energy, amongst others.

About the team:


Members of RHEA Group's Recruitment team are located across Europe working simultaneously to achieve targets set to support the overall recruitment of the company, which covers over 400 vacancies per year across 10 countries.


Tasks and Activities:


The scope of work will include:

  • Supporting the writing of job descriptions and online posting of those jobs.
  • Working together with the Business Partners and Recruitment Managers in supporting the needs of the business by finding solutions to issues, coming with insights and developing strategies.
  • Supporting recruitment administrative activities such as interview scheduling, preparation of offer letters and CV formatting.
  • Keeping the Bullhorn database up to date with all the relevant information.
  • Working on projects in line with improvement and strategies set by the RHEA and Recruitment management.

Skills and Experience:


The following skills and experience are mandatory:

  • A university degree (Bachelor's, Master's or Equivalent in Haute Ecole) in Business, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or Communication.
  • First work experience (student jobs or internships) in a customer service/communicationoriented role.
  • Frequent use of Social Media and Internet searches (ideally, you know what a boolean search is).
  • Strong basic computer skills, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (including verbal, written and presentation skills).
  • A proactive, friendly attitude and confident working within a team and independently.
  • Demonstrable evidence of multitasking and working towards deadlines.
  • A passion for team collaboration, solving problems and talking to people.
  • Comfortable using selfinitiative when completing tasks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
