- interact with other Core Facilities teams, EMBL scientists and industrial partners to plan, acquire and run state of the art equipment and develop user tangled application workflows.
- develop and maintain in-house and international training courses in flow cytometry and single cell analyses.
- actively interaction with the international flow cytometry community.

Experience in supporting industrial partners as a support specialist and experimental advisor. Hands on experience in servicing/maintaining modern Flow Cytometry and cell sorting equipment from e.g. BD Biosciences and Cytek may be an advantage. Additional experience in image cytometry/sorting and multi-parametric data analysis is welcome. It would be an advantage to have experience in single cell analyses e.g. with WTA and targeted 10X Genomics and BD Rhapsody assays and instrumentation in parallel with CiteSeq and AbSeq technology.
