Your tasks:

This role is responsible in shaping the tone of voice and content provided by the company's Conversational bot
Produce and maintain userfocused content for conversational bot (Voice and Chat) including error messages, tool tips, FAQs, user education, productrelated content troubleshooting other productrelated content with special attention to succinct and compelling copy
Present complex ideas in an understandable, relatable and engaging format with an emphasis on elevating the customer experience
Write engaging, informative userfriendly content that scales across a range of channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and task completion. Produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and maintain content consistency and unified brand voice across platforms
Partner closely with Marketing, product and/or UX designers, software developers, project managers as well as markets representatives to continuously improve the quality of our content across channels
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with little to no supervision in a fastpaced, Agile delivery schedule, including research, writing, approvals, editing, proofreading, creating test scenarios/test content
Research the latest industry trends and best practices for content and actively participate in shaping smart's conversational bot style

Your profile:

Bachelor degree in business, marketing, economics, telecom (or similar)
1 to 2 years Experience in content management and/or copywriting
Knowledge/experience in conversational bots and AI solutions
Superior writing/editing skills with the ability to write concise, compelling copy and adjust tone and voice for different audiences and platforms
High level of creative consistency, brand adherence, and attention to detail
Strong editing and proofreading skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Proficiency in languages in English is a must, and at least fluency in another European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch)
