The overwhelming demand for our products coupled with strong market potential has driven the need to significantly expand our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a small, highly skilled sales team of scientists and engineers
- In close collaboration with the CEO, develop and implement the company's growths strategy
- Assure the execution of a highly efficient sales process
- Onboard, lead and develop international distributors
- Achieve agreed upon growth and profit targets
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities
- Understand the company's goal and purpose and enhance its performance
Profile:
- MSc or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in international sales in hightechnology and research markets.
- Strong sales skills. Ability to listen, reflect and understand customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams.
- Track record of exceptional hires that you brought onboard.
- A dedicated leader, skilled in coaching and developing team members.
